MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW, the accused through the undersigned counsel
and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states THAT:

1. THE hearing of this case was scheduled by this Honorable Court

on August 11, 2017 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning;

2. UNFORTUNATELY, the counsel for the accused cannot

personally appear before this Honorable Court on the said date of
hearing for he will be going to ______________ to attend the
hearing of the case entitled __________________________
docketed as Civil Case No. ___________ before the Metropolitan
trial Court City OF ______________ Branch 78, which was
scheduled much ahead. A copy of the order is here to attach as Annex
“A” and his plane ticket as Annex “B”;

3. FOR this reason, counsel begs the indulgence of this Honorable

Court and request that the hearing scheduled on August 11, 2017 be
reset to the third week of September, preferably on September 15, 2017
at 8:30 o’clock in the morning;

4. This motion is being filed solely for the reason above- stated and
is not intended for the purpose of delay.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully
prayed unto this Honorable Court that the hearing of this case be reset
to the third week of September 2017 preferably on September 15, 2017
at 8:30 o’clock in the morning.
 The accused further prays for other relief and remedies that are
just and equitable in the premises.
