SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

2. To follow up on documents from various offices and

agencies, such as the Registry of Deeds (ROD), Department
of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) BIR,

3. To sign, execute, and deliver all documents relative to the

completion of the requirements of payment of taxes, free
patent application, titling and registration of such parcel of
land;

4. To claim the Owner’s Duplicate copy from the ROD and/or

DENR, should the title of the aforementioned parcel of
lands be ready for release;

5. To perform any other act deemed necessary for the

attainment of the foregoing purpose.

It is hereby agreed upon that this Special Power of Attorney cannot be

used for any purpose other than that above-mentioned.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact, full

power and authority to do and perform all or every act and deed, whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done as fully to all intents and purposes as we
might or could do if personally present, and we hereby ratify and confirm all
that our said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.
