ORDER:

In pursuance of the orders issued in the references 1st to 5th read above, and based on
the request made by the dept., vide ref. 6th cited, Govt., hereby issue a B.R.O., for the State
Plan Scheme of ‘Rajiv Palle Bata’ under the Planning Department for an amount of
Rs161.55 lakhs (Rupees One Crore Sixty One lakhs and Fifty Five thousand only) in
relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders, towards “payment to
APSRTC in connection with procurement of 4 vehicles for the use of Hon’ble CM” from BE
2011-12 as follows:
