Responsibilities
The Laboratory Director:
verifies training procedures are implemented;
ensures resources are allocated for required training within budgetary
constraints;
is responsible for the evaluation, training and improvement of the
technical and quality related skills of employees by:
o establishing a training schedule and rotation for all new
employees;
o ensuring that all personnel receive training and demonstrate
competence;

Methodology
This training procedure is used to ensure that training has taken place with
each employee for procedures and methods that the employee performs.
Training process
1. Before starting any work related duties, the employee should be familiar
with all work related documents. These documents include:
