The 220 Superior Beach Bungalows completely encircle the island, of these 34 are detached and 186 are semi-detached. Each

Check-in & Check-out Time

The Standard Check-in time is
13:00 hours, if rooms are available,
clients are provided with their
respective rooms before the standard
check-in time.

Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

Early Check-in
Early Check-in can be arranged for arrival guests starting from 10:00 hours without any additional charge depending on the availability of rooms
at the Hotel. Early check-in is available from 06:00 hours at 50% of the room rate. However, guests who arrive before 06:00 hours should pay
for the full night.

Late Check-out
Any room occupied by guests departing after 12:00 hours on the day of their departure will be considered as late checkout rooms and charges
will apply accordingly. Guests who do not register for late checkout accommodation till their departure time are requested to leave the Hotel latest
by 23:00 hours on the same day.

Arrival Transfer
Paradise Island will provide combined transfers for all arrival
guests with prior reservation to suite their flight timing regardless
of the arrival time of the flght.

Departure Transfer
The Hotel will arrange combined transfers for all guests departing
Paradise Island 03 hours before their scheduled flight time as the
airlines requires their passengers to be at the airport 2½ hours prior
to the flight departure time for check-in formalities.

Guests transferring to and from other islands will not be provided

with separate transfers.

Please note that most airline check-in counters close 01 hour prior to
the scheduled departure time of the flight.

Private Transfer
Guests who do not wish to join the regular transfers of the Hotel and leave earlier or later than the scheduled transfer time should book private
transfers according to their flights but charges will apply accordingly. For bookings and private transfer charges please contact our Reservation.
Board Inclusive Meals
Please note that for all-inclusive, full board, half board and bed & breakfast guests their entitled meals are served only in the Main Restaurant.

Meals start for all-inclusive & full board guests with lunch on their arrival day and ends with breakfast on their departure day while meals for half
board guests begins with dinner on arrival day and ends with breakfast on their departure day. The meals for guests who are on bed & breakfast basis
will begin on the following day and ends with breakfast on the departure day.

Discounts
A fifteen percent (15%) discount on the food bill will be given from Ristorante Al Tramonto, Sunrise Restaurant, Fukuya Teppanyaki and Dhaavani
Restaurant for all-inclusive and full board guests for lunch & dinner; and for half board guests for dinner only.

This discount is valid only after obtaining a discount voucher from the Main Restaurant. Discount vouchers are issued from the Main Restaurant for
lunch during breakfast and for dinner either during breakfast or lunchtime.

Departure Day Meals

Departure day meals will only be provided to guests who have missed their entitled meals on the day of arrival due to late check-in at the Hotel.
If any late meal is provided on the arrival day, it will be counted as a given meal though the guests have arrived at the Hotel after the normal
mealtime. No refund will be made for any prepaid meal that the guest has not consumed.

Breakfast
Will be provided for all the departure clients except for guests who are
booked on a room-only basis.

Lunch: Will be provided to all-inclusive & full board departure

guests who have arrived at the hotel after 14:00 hours on the arrival
day, and for half board departure guests who have checked-in to
the hotel after 21:00 hours but leave the hotel before 19:00 hours on
the day of their departure.

Dinner: Will be provided to all-inclusive, full board and half board

departure guests who have arrived at the hotel after 21:00 hours on
the arrival day.

Guests who have pre-booked ‘late checkout’ with their travel

agent/tour operators by paying for one full night are also entitled to
meals on the day of their departure as per the meal plan chosen at the
time of booking.

Safety&SecurityTips
Fire Safety: If there is a fire in your room, leave immediately & close the doors and notify the Front Desk. Fire extinguishers are located on the sides of
the walkways.

We strongly advise you not to cook in your room or smoke in bed. Accidents related to fire in the room are mostly caused by cooking apparatus or burning
cigarettes.

Water: The desalinated water at the resort is safe as stringent hygenic standards are maintained. However, we recommend you consume bottled
water available at all food and beverage outlets and the mini-bar. The water in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are regularly treated and are
closely monitored to safeguard hygienic conditions.

Safety during water activities must always be a priority regardless of the skill level or abilities of those involved. We want your fun time here to be
safe so we insist on you wearing life vests at all times.

Always stay within the island lagoon. Please be careful and look out for the deeper patches in the lagoon. Since there is strong current sometimes
and no lifeguard service, it is advisable to check with the front desk or Water Sports Centre for advice or information if you are planning to swim a
long stretch or you want to go for a swim in the dark. THINK SAFE and swim together if possible.

Male' City Tour- World smallest capital city: The island of Male' is only 2 km long and 01 km wide but manages to be home for a population of
about 124'497 people. The Islamic Center dominated by a large golden dome, the museum and the old architecture of some houses combined
combined with modern day high-rise buildings create an island full of contrasts. It houses the seat of government and has a number of historical
and artistic buildings. The local fish market is a fascinating sight where freshly caught fish brought to Male' City from daily catches of the day.

Avoid activities that may harm any of the natural vegetation of the island or any of the other islands you visit. Do refrain from
killing any fish unnecessarily. Keep in mind that spear guns are banned. Avoid handling coral growth and marine life. Please avoid
littering in places that are not intended as disposal points.

Vegetation: We take utmost care to maintain and preserve the tropical vegetation of the island. The pleasing lush green vegetation you see
today has been carrying a legacy of ‘Look - Don’t Touch’.

Medical Clinic: The resort has a medical clinic and a small pharmacy to provide medical assistance to guests. The clinic is staffed by a general
practitioner and a well trained nurse.
Laundry: offers laundry and dry cleaning services. We take utmost care of your garments during cleaning. Should you require our service
while with us, simply complete the laundry service form and place garments in the laundry bag.

The Dhoni: Transport mode of a nation - is the most enduring symbol of the Maldives. The Dhoni is a sturdy wooden boat with a shallow
draft that has been built for local conditions and powered by diesel engines

All our excursions are arranged by dhoni only to give you the feel of the age old Maldivian seafaring tradition.

Paradise Photo Shop: You do not need to wait until you get home to see how your photographs turned out. Paradise Island offers a

Swimming Pool with integrated children’s pool..
The resort's lovely dolphin-shaped 145m² sparkling fresh water
pool with a children's section varies in depth from approximately
0.85 meters at the shallow end to 1.80 meters at the deep end is
surrounded by palms and lush green gardens. The pool offers you a
relaxing swim or energetic aquatic exercise. Enjoy a refreshing dip
in the pool, and sunbathe in the spacious sun-deck.

Beverages and light snacks are served on the adjoining terrace.

A soothing place to relax for swimmers and non-swimmers alike.

Observant pool attendants are on duty with towel service from 09:00
to 18:00 hours daily.

Do Not dive where the pool depth is less than 1.50 meters or where
there are “NO DIVING” signs. Swimming is at your own risk at all
times. Night swimming is prohibited. Children should be supervised
at all times.

Swimming & Sunbathing

The crystal clear waters surrounding Paradise Island and the long stretches of white sandy beach
offers excellent opportunities for swimming and sunbathing. Swimming is the best exercise for
everyone. Children should be supervised at all times when in and around water.
Cancellation Policy: Guests who cut short their stay and leave the Hotel earlier than the original departure date is liable to pay 100%
as cancellation fees for the full stay. There will be no refund for any unused inclusion such as meals, transfers, accommodations or excursions.

Credit Close Time: Credit facilities at all outlets including the telephone line in the room will be closed 1½ hours prior to the scheduled
departure time from the Hotel except guests who are not registered for ‘late check-out’ and departing after 12:00 hours. Credit
Facilities will be closed at 11:00 hours for guest who do not book ‘late checkout’ and departing hotel after 1200
hours on the departure day. t

Payment: All direct paying guests are requested to pay for their accommodation and return airport transfer charges in advance at the
time of booking. Charges for all other services will be posted to your room account and can be paid for in full
before you check-out from the Hotel. You can settle your bills by cash or by any major credit card.

Courtesy Rooms For Departure Guests: Courtesy room will be arranged for clients who do not have individual day room. The number of

Luggage will be picked up from rooms that are not entitled for ‘late checkout’ and departing after 1200 hours at 1100 hours on the day

for you. You will be requested to identify your luggage at the jetty which will then be put on the boat.

Departure Informaion: The necessary information regarding your departure will be displayed on the notice board in the lobby one day prior
