I, Gem Taboada do promise to pay to the order of Jhullian

Vergara the sum of 50000. Repayment is to be made in the form
of 30 equal payments of 6% interest, or 1666.67 payable on the
1st day of each month at Camella Subdivision, Brgy. Campetic,
Palo, Leyte 3:00 pm until the total debt is fully paid.
Upon default in payment of any installment or interest the
whole sum shall become due and demandable, 15% of attorney’s
fee and costs of collection.
