Application-
Line integral over the boundary of the any close curve
region may be transformed into Double integral over plane
region and vice versa.
It may help to make the evaluation of an integral easier.

Theory : If M(x,y) and N(x,y) are continuous function
and have first order partial derivative bounded by a
