Herbal First Aid

Tea Recipes

While pre-made teas are often convenient for the first aid kit, you may wish to make your own. Perhaps,
you cannot find the pre-made teas where you live, or perhaps you want them to be the absolute best qual-
ity and freshness. Or maybe you are like me, and just love making your own medicine!

Either way, I am providing recipes here that you can use in place of the pre-made teas. You can simply
order the ingredients and make the teas yourself. I have also listed the other teas mentioned in the lesson.
