SIDHAM SAMAJIK VIKAS SANSTHAN

Sidham samajik vikas sansthan this NGO is being run by the Mrs.pratima naithani from last nine
years that mainly focuses on the empowerment of girls and women from poor and marginalized
communities leading to improvement in their lives and livelihoods. With a vision to end poverty
and social injustice, sidham sansthan has been working in the following four major domains-
Health, Education, Livelihood and women empowerment. It provides the best opportunity to
come up with all their new ideas who are associated with them and arranges best resources for
the betterment of the society for whom they work and also for themselves and to encourage
themselves to work hard in order to empower whole community for the better India.

EXPERIENCE:
Working with sidham samjik sansthan was an amazing experience their I get to learn lot of
things. The longevity and success of any project depend upon its approach. This is the first
learning that as every project aims for the development of poor-backward tribal people, it must
be simple and easily reachable to them. During internship, it was observed that unless and until
people become active or want to develop their existing conditions, no development can be
possible by the outsiders. They need to understand the basic objectives, goals and how this
project will help them to improve their future. Changes can be brought by them, not by the NGO
workers only. Another important learning that is realized from this internship is while
implementing any project, our basic motto should be individual-concerned that means we should
concern with the welfare of project beneficiaries rather than the profit and publicity of
organization. So, whether the organization remains in future or not, development should not be
back stepped.

The thing that I enjoyed is nukaad natak it was the fun way through which we can convey
message to the people about the betterment of the society and upcoming future generation for me
it was a special moment because I have never being a part of nukaad natak this ngo has taught
me various thing and I am looking forward to work with them.
