What are dream

A dream is a succession of images , ideas, emotions ,and sensations that


usually occurs involuntarily in the mind during a certain stage of sleep. Rem
sleep dreams was discovered by Kleitman 1953. Antiphonal wrote the first
known break book on dreams in the 5th century BC. In that century other
cultures influenced Greeks cultures influenced grapes to develop the belief
that souls left the sleeping body .hippocrates 469-399 bc . Dreams can be an
issue because if you have rem sleep disorder can be affected by the actual
dream while the dream keeps Getting intense the more dangerous that
dreamer can be in . Some people thinks that dreams can just be and imite in
their heads but what I think is that dreams are a part of your day that you
don't finish during the day. So what are dreams?

Nobody knows 100% why we dream however here are some theory. Some
people believe that dreams are just a vivid picture in their heads and some
people think that dreams can be an event that you didn’t get to finish during
the day. Like dreams being like a function form of psychotherapy in this
theory the dreamer is able to. Make connections between different thoughts
and emotions in a self environment. Another theory suggesting that drama

are results of our brain trying to interpret external


stimulation during sleep for example the sound of
radio may be incorporated into the dream (cherry)

Dreams can be confusing like why don’t we dream


every single day ,do we dream but just can
remember. Do dreams even mean anything. like do
animals dream (yes).well dreams can be a very
complicated thing to understand or figure out why
we even dream .So if we dream about someone you
like does it mean that they like you to or is it so
hung that’s going to happen to you later that day. Dreams can also affect how your moods gonna be
during the day.

With in like 5 minutes of waking up 50% of your dream is forgotten (Christensen). There are five
types of dreams like lucid dreaming is when your aware of what your dreaming and sometimes you
can control it lucid dreaming dosing happen often the average amounts of time the lucid dream
(lucid dream society).the other type of dream is A recurring dream is a dream which is experienced
repeatedly over a long period. They can be pleasant or nightmarish and unique to the person and
their experiences.

There’s a lot of evidence that dreams can be just a picture in your head but there's also a lot of
evidence that they can be the thing that can change your mood for the day. This specific topic has
Been talk about for a very long time and scientist have been studing it but still can’t find exactly why
we dream or if they actually mean something important
