RE: LETTER OF INTENT

Dear Sir/Madam:

WE, Spouses Davide Masotti Bondi and Lorie Adarlo, both 43 years old and permanent
residents of Modena, Italy hereby signify our intent to adopt the minor child, Maria Denise Libres
Adarlo, Filipino. In support of our said intent, we humbly state THAT:

1. I, Davide Masotti Bondi is an Italian citizen and has met Lorie Adarlo, a Filipino, while
she was working in Italy. We have been married for six (6) years now and have since
been residing in Modena, in the ____ (souhrn/northern/eastern/western) part of Italy;

2. We have have visited the Philippines for a number of times after we got married and
David was introduced to Lorie’s relatives. Both of Lorie’s parents and siblings are
presently based in Italy. Each time, Davide immensely enjoyed his stay in the country
and the warmth of Lorie’s fellow Filipinos;

3. While we are both happy and content being a married couple, we felt that we could be
happier if we can share our love, our home, and our family to a child whom we can call
our own;

4. The opportunity to become parents came when Lorie’s younger brother, Dennis Adarlo
and his common-law wife Alyn Libres, decided and agreed, to have their infant
daughter Maria Denise adopted by us, fully understanding that in the event the process
becomes successful, “Mia” would be brought to Italy and will be raised and educated
there;

5. For this purpose, Lorie came home to the Philippines in time for Maria Denise’s birth
on August 29, 2018, upon which she took the child under her care and custody, and has
since assumed the role of Mia’s mother, in all aspects of her development, continuously
and as of this application before the Board;

6. Davide in the meantime remained in Modena, Italy to keep his job while Lorie, took a
leave of absence from hers. We are willing to make the necessary adjustments and
sacrifices, if any, to prove to this Board and everyone who will bear witness to this
process, that indeed we are serious, dedicated and determined, full of hope that our
application to be the adoptive parents of Maria Denise Adarlo Bondi will bear fruit and
will pave the way to truly becoming parents to our beloved Mia.
