Honorable Court, most respectfully requests for a re-issuance of Subpoena Ad
Testificandum/ Duces Tecum that was previously requested last 26 February 2019,
at 8:30am, however, the trial did not commence due to the cancellation of said
hearing; to the Representatives of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) with office
address at Sta. Mesa, Pureza, Metro Manila, to bring the Marriage Certificate and
Certificate of no death, copies are attached together with this request, on
