In partial fulfillment of our requirements in NSTP-CWTS, we, the first year level students of Colegio de Sta.
Lourdes of Leyte Foundation, Inc. (CSLLFI) will be conducting a feeding program and distribution of
hygiene kits to the children aging under five (5) years old in Sitio Gubat, Barangay Mering in Tabontabon
on March 30, 2019. Our objective is to enable these students to extend their services to the people in the
community and to earn the knowledge and skills in organizing events.

In this regard, we are humbly knocking at your benevolent hearts for support us in this matter. Any
