Please accept this letter as notice of resignation as Secretarial Trainee at Medic IG Holdings Sdn
Bhd.

This has been a very difficult decision to make, but I have been offered an opportunity that I feel will
assist me with my long-term career progression. I have taken this decision after through deliberation
and assessment. I do hope that you will understand my reasons.

I hereby give the 1-month notice period, with the last day of employment being on 16 August 2017.
