1. Consigment Letter
Letter of the coopertation from the seller to other seller (the second part), for
expand market share. Other seller given option from the sell product ( the how to
sell product, price sell of the product to consumen, without to reduce quality of
the product. Cooperation made by both parties to gain mutual benefit.

 Example: Store A selling goods pen. For expanding market share, store
A make cooperation to Store B. Store A and Store B meet and make
cooperation. Store A provide a statement about the specification and
quality of goods pen. Store A offers a collaboration to store B to shell the
pen. The determination of the way and selling price depends on the
agreement of both parties. Result of the cooperation agreement between
both parties legitimate in the form of a letter with signatures from both
parties.

2. Debit notes and credit notes


 Debit notes: Is a letter from the buyer to the seller t pay the obligation
arrears.
 Credit notes: The remaining payment bill of goods purchased by the seller
to the buyer.

3. Invoice and Adjusment letter


 Invoice letter: The purchase receipt issued by the seller contains the
additional money that the buyer will pay outside the price of the item.
Examples: Tax
 Adjusment letter: The reply letter given by the seller after the issuance of
the invoice letter then the buyer does not pay the full money but gets a
discount.

4. Export Document
Documents prepared by exporters to ecport goods abroad. Without any official
documents to export the product, the product can’t be exported abroad.
