Miss Snow White, the private complainant in
this case. May we proceed Your Honor?”

1. Please state your name and your
personal circumstances for the record.
My name is SW, 26 yo, Filipino, and a
resident of 1 Woods St. Dwarf Village,
City of Manila.
2. Miss Witness, why are you here before
this honourable court?
I am here because I filed a case against
Queen Grimehilde.
3. And how can you, if you can, say before
this honourable court that you indeed
filed a case against the accused?
I executed a complaint-affidavit.
4. Can you identify such complaint-
affidavit?
Yes.
5. Miss Witness, if I show you a document
purporting to be a complaint-affidavit
that you have executed, as you said
earlier, will you be able to recognize it?
Yes.
6. Miss Witness, I am showing you now a
complaint-affidavit. Do you recognize
this document?
Yes. That is my complaint-affidavit.
7. Miss Witness, at the end of this
document appears a certain signature
of a certain Snow White. Can you tell
me whose signature this is?
Mine.

8. Miss Witness, do you personally know
the accused in this case?
Yes.
9. And how do you know her?
She is my step-mother.
10. Will you be able to identify the
accused?
Yes.
11. Is the accused present in this
honourable court today?
Yes.
12. Would you kindly point to the said
accused?

witness pointed to a woman wearing ___ which
when asked, her name was ___ (Queen
Grimehilde)
13. How long has she been your step-
mother?
For 12 years.
14. Miss Witness, have you lived with your
step-mother?
Yes.
15. For how long?
For 6 years, until January 2013.
16. And for the years that you lived
together with the accused, how would
you, if you can, describe it?
It was horrible.
17. What do you mean by horrible, Miss
Witness?
She never loved me. In fact, she hated
me. She pretends to care for me
whenever my father is around, but as
soon as my father leaves the room, she
will do hostile acts against me.
18. What are these hostile acts, if any?
She would harshly pull my hair. She
would push me violently, and she would
painfully pinch me here (points at
waist).

witness pointed to her right side of the waist.”
19. Miss Witness, to your knowledge, what
is the profession of the accused?
She is a businesswoman.
20. And what is the nature of her business?
She manufactures chemicals and other
ingredients used in medicines and
pesticides.
21. How do you know this?
There were a couple of times when my
father and I visited her in her shop. She
used to tell me that her pesticides were
so effective, they can even kill pesky
humans.
22. Miss Witness, you said a while ago that
you lived with the accused for 6 years
until January 2013. Where did you live
after such period?
I left our house, and moved in with my
dwarf friends.
23. Were there, if any, reasons for moving
out of the house?
Yes.
24. What are these reasons, if any?
Aside from her usual physical acts
against me, she was fond of spreading
false rumors about me.
25. What are these rumors, if any?
She would tell the house staff and her
friends that I am crazy, that I have
schizophrenia.
26. And how did you know about these
rumors?
 The house staff told me. They never
believed her because they know that
my step-mother was evil.
27. Miss Witness, to your knowledge, do
you have schizophrenia?
No, I don’t have schizophrenia.
28. And how can you say that you do not
have schizophrenia?
I underwent a psychiatric test.
29. And what was the result of the test, if
any?
It was negative.
30. How will you, if you can, show before
this honourable court that the result
was indeed negative?
There was a psychiatric test report.
31. Will you be able to identify such
document?
Yes.
32. I have here a document purporting to
be a psychiatric test report, do you
recognize this?
Yes.
33. Whose psychiatric report is this then?
Mine.

of this document which disposes of the result of
this psychiatric test?”

34. Miss Witness, to your knowledge, when
was the last time you saw the accused?
It was on March 1, 2019.
35. Do you remember where you were on
the day of March 1, 2019?
I was at home.
36. Do you, to your knowledge, remember,
if any, an unusual event that transpired
that day?
Yes.
37. And what was the unusual event that
you remember?
It was around 5 in the afternoon. I just
came back from the supermarket
outside the village, and was cooking
dinner, when I heard a knock on our
door.
38. What did you do, if any, when you
heard the knock?
I went to the front door to check who it
was.
39. And who, if any, did you see?
There was a hooded lady.
40. What did you do, if any, after seeing the
hooded lady?
I opened the door, and asked her why
she was there.
41. What is, if any, her response?
She wanted water. She asked if she can
have water because she was parched
from walking under the heat of the sun.
42. And what, if any, happened after?
 I let her enter the house, and gave her a
glass of water. She barely drank it.
43. What, if any, did the hooded lady do
after?
She thanked me for giving her water,
and offered me an apple as her token of
gratitude.
44. What, if any, was your response?
I politely refused her offer because I
was already cooking dinner and I don’t
want to spoil my appetite, because I
was cooking kare-kare.
45. What, if any, did the hooded lady do
after you politely refused her offer?
She insisted several times that I take a
bite of her apple because she said it will
be the sweetest apple that I will ever
taste in my life.
46. What, if any, did you do then?
I took a bite of the apple just to
appease the hooded lady from insisting.
47. Describe, to your personal knowledge,
how the apple tasted?
I was indeed very sweet, but it has a
strong sour-bitter aftertaste. I still
swallowed it nonetheless because I did
not want to look rude.
48. What, if any, happened after?
The hooded lady laughed.
49. Describe, if you can, the laugh.
At first it was a hushed laugh, but it
grew louder and became sinister. That
was when I recognized that the hooded
lady was Queen Grimehilde.
50. How did you know that the hooded lady
was Queen Grimehilde?
She removed her hood off her head and
revealed herself.
51. What, if any, did you do when you saw
the accused?
I asked her about what she did.
52. And what, if any, was the response of
the accused?
She was mocking me. She said that she
poisoned the apple that I just bit. That
was when I felt a strong, sharp,
excruciating pain in my abdomen.
53. What, if any, happened after?
I fell on the floor. I was clutching my
stomach because I was in great pain. I
cannot breathe because the pain was
already unbearable. I lost
consciousness.
54. What, if any, was the last thing you
remembered before you lost
consciousness?
I was struggling to shout and asked for
help but no voice came out of my
mouth. I cannot breathe. I saw Queen
Grimehilde, lowered her head, with
grudges in her eyes, when she uttered
these words, “You deserve to die Snow
White. No one should be fairer than
me. I will again become the fairest of
them all.” She kept on laughing as she
stepped out of the house. That is when
I lost consciousness.
55. What, if any, was the next thing you Huntsman Dante Gulapa was there
remembered? beside my bed.

I woke up in the hospital- St. Disney
Medical Center.
56. Do you have any proof that you went to
such hospital?
Yes. There was a medical report.
(Lay the basis of the medical report)
57. And, what was the finding of the
medical doctor, to the best of your
knowledge?
Arsenic poisoning. The apple that I bit
was infused with arsenic.

58. Were there any tests taken to the
apple?
63. What, if any, did Mr. Gulapa told you?
That he found me unconscious on the
floor, he contacted my seven drwarf
friends about my condition, and
immediately rushed me to the hospital.
64. After having been discharged, what, if
any, did you do?
I went to the police to report the
incident.

Yes. There was a laboratory report on

the apple stating that it contains
arsenic.

59. What, if any, did the police found out in

the apple?

There were fingerprints on it.

60. And whose fingerprints were they?

Queen Grimehilde’s.

61. Do you have proof of that the apple

contained fingerprints of the accused?

Yes. There was a laboratory report by

the PNP.
