    Tighten the capscrews using the following steps in the
    sequence shown.
    Torque Value: Stepl 68 Nom 50 ft-lb I
    Step2 203 Nom [ 150 ft-lb
    Step3 298 Nom 220 ft-lb
    Advance 90 degrees
    Step4

    injector (006-026)
    Install
    with Mechanically Actuated Injector
    Do not lubricate the o-rings until the injector is ready for
    installation in the cylinder head.
    Install four new o-rings on the injector. Do not twist the o-
    rings.
     -ring (1) is brown and is smaller in diameter than
    the other three.
    0-ring (2) is black.
     -ring (3) is brown and is larger in diameter than (1), but
    has a smaller cross section than 0-ring (4).
     -ring (4) is brown and is the largest in diameter and cross
    section.

    Install the proper size sealing ring.
