    1. Police Character verification Certificate (Photocopy) 01


    2. Students Character verification forms (Photocopy) 01
    3. CNIC copy 02

    Third Set:-

    1. Police Character verification Certificate (Photocopy) 01


    2. Students Character verification forms (Photocopy) 01
    3. CNIC copy 01

    Photograph staple on student’s character verification forms without attestation.


    If a student fails to submit all these forms his application will not be
    entertained for internship in PAC Kamra.
