JOB TITLE
SALES _LPG
ACTIVITIES
 To ensure achievement of the sales target in the assigned area by guiding and motivating the distributors
 To plan and monitor the sales and distribution of packed segment through the performance of the distributors
 To motivate & guide the distributors to achieve the targeted volumes
 To enhance the Brand Image
 To ensure that the statutory requirements are compiled by the distributor network
 To identify new markets for expansion of distribution network
 To support and guide the distributors to achieve the targeted objectives
 To administer sales promotions in the assigned area through the distributor network
 To ensure that the claims of the distributors are collected, verified and processed in time
 To study competitive activities in the assigned areas through the inputs given by the distributors and report the same
 To ensure that the sales reporting is done as per company’s requirement
 To interact with equipment suppliers, project consultants and installers for generation of industrial and commercial leads
 To train and monitor the distributor staff in maintaining the records of the company
 Ensuring that the outstanding payments are within the prescribed limits

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

 High competition in the commercial packed LPG market from the Public Sector Companies, small private LPG bottlers and
Multinational Companies.
 Diversion of subsidized domestic LPG by the Public Sector Distributors to the commercial market that affects commercial sale
 Our domestic LPG price is not competitive with respect to the Public Sector domestic prices because of subsidy given by the
Government to the domestic cylinders of the Public Sector Companies

ACCOUNTABILITIES
 To Achieve the Packed Sales target of 00000 MT for the year
 To maintain outstanding payments of the distributors within approved limits
 To Develop new markets in the territory
 Company assets in the possession of distributors
 Responsible for promoting safety in handling LPG
