Current Products & Responsibilities:

We have three products, Roofing Sheets, Roofing Tiles and Membranes. Sheets & Tiles; Sheets and Tiles are manufactured by impregnating organic cellulose fibres with bitumen under high temperature and pressure. The sheets are pre pigmented with special purpose resins. We are hitting the market through our channel partners, Distributors & Dealers. Membranes; It is manufactured of High Density Polyethylene and is used for draining off underground water thereby protecting basements and foundations and also to provide protection to underground structures from damages caused by ground pressure. We are exploring with Builders & Architects Responsibility Business Development: Identifying and development new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve repeat / referral business. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitors moves to achieve market share metrics. Formulating monthly / annual goals: short / long terms budget and develop business / Operational plans for the achievement of these goals. Channel Management: Developing and appointing new channel partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with dealers & distributors to assist them to promote the product. Ensuring cost effective logistics operation across the distribution channel and monitoring availability of requisite goods at the various sales outlets / channels. Evaluating performance & monitoring of dealer sales and marketing activities. Commercial Operations: Executing pretenders associates with customers and consultant for indentifying / framing specifications and critical parameters. Estimating cost and pricing of the products including pre-order tie ups with critical component suppliers, proposals presentations and contract finalization with the customers. Team Management: Importing / organizing training program for new recruits, while assuring their career development & positive contribution to the company. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to assure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets
