We’re going to go through everything this team offers through the above
mentioned acronym. We’re also going to go through what the expectations
are for each of the values as well. A tool is only valuable in the hands of a
trained professional. Whether you are a seasoned veteran, or a brand new
broker, our goal is the same. For you to make more money, and for you to
work less. Too good to be true? I don’t think so. Let’s take a look at some of
the best success stories from Montreal’s Elite
Jonathan Ehrlick
Jonathan, a long time friend of Logan’s, was working in Toronto as a knight.
Yes, a Knight. A company called “Medeival Times” puts on a show involving
swords, horses and much more, and Jon was the head knight. The only
Photo By. Photographer Name problem here was that, like most jobs, there was a definite ceiling. Logan
brought Jon to Montreal to give this whole “real estate” thing a try and
guess what? It turns out that hard work, no matter what industry you were
in before, can be applied and there is absolutely no limit to what you can
achieve.
In Jon’s first year with Montreal’s Elite, he closed just shy of $100k. In his
2nd year, He closed $175K and now, in his third year, he’s on pace for
over $200K. This is needless to say, a massive upgrade from his salary in
Toronto of less than $45K.
Tommy Spiroulias
Tommy’s hard work and talent was very raw, and when he wasn’t given
the opportunity to act as a real estate broker with another team, and was
fed up with unfair splits, he found himself sitting down with Logan. Since
that time, Tommy has doubled his income every single year, and has even
bought a condo for his aunt and grandma to live in. Tommy is what you see
when you look up hard work in the dictionary.
At the meeting we go through everyone’s numbers for the week. How many contacts, appointments, signed listings, and accepted
offers did you get? We’re going to hold you accountable to showing up, and showing off these numbers.

Also on Monday you’ll have a “One on One” meeting with Logan Boyce. This meeting consists of going through your CRM, making
sure all your leads are being handled properly, and also there’s time for overall coaching and mentoring to make sure every year
is your best year ever.
WEDNESDAY
Wednesday we double down on the lead generation. At 9:30AM we gather the team to share each other’s energy and enthusiasm
and attack the phones. It’s electric and people love sharing in the positive environment. Even Logan jumps in on the action and uses
this time to call to find potential investments for himself or, listings to distribute to the team.
FRIDAY
Friday is a day for learning. At 11:00AM we get together for “Team Training”. These trainings range from “how to present an offer”,
all the way to “How to identify different building materials”. Most of the time, Logan delivers these trainings, and the other times,
guest speakers and other experts are invited in to present.
Getting back to ATLAS, let’s get started. The first A is for atmosphere. When
Logan first started in this buisness at the age of 20, he quickly realized
something: you can’t work from home. There’s just too many distractions.
Whether it’s a crying child, chores you know need doing, or just a lack of
accountability for yourself, home is not a great place to work from.
There’s nothing you’re going through that we haven’t seen. Whether it’s
Logan’s 9 years in the business, or Jim’s 30+ years, we’ve got you covered.
The environment here is one where we welcome the opportunity to help
you troubleshoot any and all issues that are bound to arise in your files.
Annually we take all the brokers away for a weekend ski getaway to let off
some steam, but more importantly, get clear on our goals for the coming
year. That mixed with the outings we do often all together makes for an
environment of success, fun, and overall awesomeness.
The leads are fed into a CRM. The system is called “Follow Up Boss”. This
system then puts them on automatic emails, and makes it easy for you to stay
on top of them. We didn’t want to write too much about the leads because it’s
so much more fun to show you.

STRATEGIES
MOJO Dialer -
MOJO is a triple line dialer. You dial three people at once through gigantic lists of different subdivisions throughout
Montreal. If you just took a listing, we suggest you call around it and see who else might be thinking of selling in the next
year. This is a tried, tested, and true way to get business and normally it’s pretty cost prohibitive, but
again, this costs you nothing because you’re with Montreal’s Elite.
The idea here is that we want you to NET more, and work less. Also worry
less. If all of this is covered for you, there’s less stress.
With that being said, here are the splits for the team:
So not only do we help our brokers, we also give back. By signing up with

In addition to providing a brief escape from life on the streets, the Van’s
volunteers also refer youth to appropriate resources.
The team has committed to giving a portion of every sale to dans la rue.
On the listing side, we give $150 to dans la rue. How that $150 is split,
depends on what % commission you sign the listing at. On the buy side,
it’s completely up to you, but whatever you donate, up to $100, Montreal’s
Elite will match it.
