CT SCAN REPORT

HISTORY: Trauma
TECHNIQUE: Plain axial CT images of the head.

The brain parenchyma is unremarkable with no abnormal mass lesion, infarct, hemorrhage or
abnormal calcifications. The gray-white matter interface is intact.

The cerebral sulci, Sylvian fissures and basal cisterns are intact.
The ventricles are normal in size, contour and position.
The midline structures are undisplaced.
No intra- or extra-axial fluid collection or blood seen.
The pineal region, sella turcica and posterior fossa structures are unremarkable.
The orbits, visualized paranasal sinuses, petromastoids and bony calvarium are unremarkable.
Negative for calvarial fracture.
Scalp soft tissue swelling is seen in the left frontal region.

IMPRESSION:

-NO EVIDENCE OF INTRACRANIAL HEMATOMA OR CALVARIAL FRACTURE.

-SCALP SOFT TISSUE SWELLING, LEFT FRONTAL REGION.
