1. Mobilization, Lay down and Set up

1.1Safety training of all worker
1.2Make sure the cooling tower has been shut down, cut and isolate electricity of the fan
1.3Empty the water inside cooling tower by plant
1.4Mobilization equipment and lay down
1.5Set up equipment follow as drawing above

2. Ventilation
2.1Prepare and install air ejector at the manway
2.2Blow air to start ventilation
2.3Check gas quality inside the cooling tower regularly

2.4Progress to the next step if Oxygen = 20.9%

3. Install scaffolding
3.1Install Scaffolding inside and outside tower
3.2Inspect the scaffolding before Cleaning.

4. Cleaning of outside filler

4.1Clean outer filler from top to bottom by water jet with spray nozzle

5. Cleaning of inside filler

5.1Clean outer filler from top to bottom by water jet with spray nozzle

6. Cleaning of fan and surrounding

6.1Preparation HPWJ Pump 250 Bar and insert spray nozzles with flexible hose to clean

6.2Clean the fan

6.3Clean structure surround the fan

7. Cleaning of hot water basin and distributor

7.1 Clean the hot water basin and distributor by water jet

8. Cleaning of cold water basin

8.1Remove scaffolding inside the cooling tower

8.2Drain all the waste water in the cold water basin from cleaning activity before toward
sump pit

8.3Clean the cold water basin by high pressure water jet

8.4Drain again the waste water to sump pit

9. Cleaning of sump pit

9.1Drain the waste water to sewer

9.2Final clean the sump pit by high pressure water jet

10. Housekeeping, De-Mobilization equipment
