The implicit theories of personality affects the mental treatment preferences and beliefs of a
personality. the article is based on study conducted in USA. It was found that mental issues
arises due to heredity. It studied the view of American citizens towards mental health
beliefs[ CITATION Ann16 \l 16393 ].The association the relation of self-compassion with all
positive psychological traits. Self-compassionate people tend to be in amore of good mood
generally, is strongly linked towards a happier and healthier environment to understand
oneself better[ CITATION Kri07 \l 16393 ]. The ego control and the ego resiliency has
variability in central mechanism within the adaptive system of personality, when the big five
traits effects personality traits[ CITATION Col10 \l 16393 ]. The stability of the personality at
the age 30 is an indicator being the previous study has led to single aspect of personality
changes more than the overall personality[ CITATION Mon00 \l 16393 ]. The effectiveness
of the manger also increases if his personality characteristics are combined with internal
orientation, the relationship between different personalities and the locus of the control and
efficacy of role. The earning of men and women differ according to their personality traits
when discussed particularly in WLS method on the basis of big five traits and five factor
model where the same group were re interviewed again after a period of time [ CITATION

elements of personality. The main theory used is Meta theory, which concluded that
