AFFIDAVIT

I, JOHNDEL D. ALBO of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident

of Brgy. Palhi, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro states and deposes that;

1. That on March 2008 my house was easily burned down because it

was made of light materials;

2. That all of my things and belongings was inside the house that was

burned including some papers and documents;

3. That our wedding photos of my wife was among the things that was

burned inside our house;

4. That I don’t have any copy of our wedding photos;
