Reproducing the Issue

1. Schedule deletion job SAP_BC_XMB_DELETE_<Client> in SM36 or in

SXMB_ADMIN -> Administration -> Schedule Delete job
2. Go to transaction SM37
3. Filter for job SAP_BC_XMB_DELETE*
Cause
No free BGD work process could be assigned for the scheduled deletion job. For example,
they are occupied by another report SAPLSXMS, which has been running "Sequential Read"
on table SXMSPFRAWH for a long time.
Resolution
1. Stop the running background jobs which have occupied the background work
processes for a long time
2. When there are free BGD work processes, the deletion job
SAP_BC_XMB_DELETE_<Client> should run again
3. Improve the performance of the stopped background jobs and re-schedule
them if necessary
4. Increase the number of background work processes (BGD) if the system
resource is enough
