AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT
I, VILMA F. BUENAVENTURA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with office
address at San Roque, Gapan City Nueva Ecija Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say that:

1. I am the mother of Rovie Buenaventura;

2. I am and my family decided to take our Christmas vacation abroad namely

Singapore;

3. My child Rovie Buenaventura intends to travel with me to the above

mentioned on December 26, 2015 to December 30, 2015;

4. I declare and state that I undertake to support and fund the entire amount
necessary to cover his expenses, for his travel and stay in Singapore;

5. I have sufficient fund to make the necessary support for the said travel;

6. I further assure the Singaporean government that he will not become a

public charge;

7. I commit myself to answer all his liabilities and accountabilities which may
arise during his stay in Singapore;

8. I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
