Interviewer : Hi and good evening to our listener. We are back on Fly FM “Your Daily Hottest
Music”. Now we gonna tune in to the Top 30 music Chart that have been voted by our
listener online. But tonight I’ll not be alone in this radio station. There is two people
will be joining me tonight. They are James Wan and Yasmin Ahmad.

Interviewer : There must be some of our listener that be asking alone “who are they?”. Without
wasting time, we will have our guest to answer that question for you.

James Wan : Okay, my name is James Wan. I am a Malaysian Chinese descent. I am an Australian
film director, screenwriter and also a producer. I was born at Kuching Sarawak, Malaysia
on 26th February 1977. My family and I have moved to Perth, Australia when I was
seven.

Yasmin Ahmad : My name is Yasmin Ahmad, I was born at Kampung Bukit Treh Muar Johor,
Malaysia on 7 January 1958. I`m a director, writer, and scriptwriter from Malaysia
and also the executive creative director at Leo Burnett Kuala Lumpur. My works
have won multiple awards both within Malaysia and internationally.

Interviewer : Oh I see. Now can you tell us a little bit about The Aquaman Movie that will be release
on December?

James Wan : Aquaman, of course, finds Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry, destined to help unite those
above and those deep beneath the sea, even if his life experience to this point have soured
him on the idea of ruling Atlantis. But the various underwater kingdoms need him,
especially now that his half-brother Orm (Patrick Wilson) is moving with his own plan to
unite the factions and deliver a little payback to the polluting, destructive world above.
Heard is the noble, practical Mera, who has faith in Arthur’s ability to become the hero
that Atlantis needs, but isn’t as convinced by his attitude.

Interviewer : Okay now we go to Yasmin Ahmad. Malaysian was stunned and emotional every time
they watch MUKHSIN. This film have goes over the top. From the actress to the story
line, it is full of soul. Can you tell us your view of this film?, all the detail if you can.

Yasmin Ahmad : Okay Thank you Naz for you appreciation, there is a lot of feeling there when I hear
your question. Honestly 10 edition published between 2006 and 2010 in Malay and
English and held by 30 world Cat member libraries worldwide. The story take place
in Kuala Selangor in 1993, revolving around the first love of a 10 year old Orked
when a 12 year old boy, Mukhsin comes with his elder brother and aunt to spend
the school holiday in her village. Around this relatively simple plotline of a
blossoming young romance between the film two young protagonist, are
interweaved scenes of Malaysia village life and the dynamics of different types of
families. Most of family scenes revolve around Orked and her mother, father, and
the family’s close maid who is almost like family member.

Interviewer: Wow, what a marvellous explanation from our director. Now we back to James Wan. Is
it true that the Conjuring 3 will be release soon?

James Wan : About Conjuring 3, we are still working on the script for it, but we have a script we are
super excited about. I actually really like the direction of the script, it is a bit different
that the first two movie in that it isn’t necessarily a haunted house story. We’ve done
that, been there, we’ve got to find something different.

Interviewer : Oh so it is a new approach for our next conjuring. Yasmin Ahmad, you have been in the
film field for a long time. What is the award the best award that you have achieve along
your carrier as a director?

Yasmin Ahmad : My best award that I had achieve is International Jury of Generation Kplus Grand
Prix of the Deutsches Kinderhilfswerk for the best feature film and Generation
Kplus Children’s Jury Awards Special mention 2007 for Mukhsin.

Interviewer : Splendid achievement, congratulation. Actually, I really want to talk like to talk to you
guys more. But the time is on our tail. Now would both of you say your last word for
our segment tonight?, maybe we can start with Yasmin?

Yasmin Ahmad : So I would like to share to all listener about my special world that I always hold
until now that can motivate my life is “ It is perfect to be perfect, because perfection
is made up of many imperfections put together that makes it perfect”.

James Wan : For the last, what I realized is that it doesn’t matter how big or small your film is. The
actual filmmaking process, the actual storytelling, it’s still the same thing. It’s still all
about creating characters that you like and creating moments that get you excited or get
you tense.

Interviewer : What a great word from both of you. Actually I have more question to ask but I think we
