    CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL GRADE 10 of Lian National High School who will come upstage to receive
    their certificate as proof of their success in all the challenges they have meet every step of the way. I am
    proud of your achievements, I celebrate with you and your family. When you want something, then you
    do whatever it takes to get the job done.

    Your deep desire to get a better life will guide your will, to work, to meet your destiny. Nothing has to
    remain the way it is if that’s not the way a person wants to be. It isn’t luck, and it isn’t circumstances,
    and it isn’t being born a certain way that causes a person’s future to become what it becomes. If your
    situation today make you feel dissatisfied or you want a better situation for you, persevere, the future is
    within your reach. Always remember EDUCATION is a great equalizer.
