As described by the user, the problem he was facing during work was

1. unable to operate autocad normally i.e. performance issue with hanging and lag
issue
2. unexpected autocad app crash issue during work loading to loss of work, work
hours and work data getting corrupted

after installation the user took any desk and took control of the laptop, how ever
during his checking, he experianced lagging of the the autocad( may be due to
remote connection) response time must have been greater.
and also the autocad App crashed.There was no issue related to liscensing of the
softwares and also during installation and all the installation processes,
suspected as the issue with the previous laptop was taken care of.

being a laptop with such higher configuration but same processor configuration,
kindly suggest what shall be done to avoid app crashing during work

mension your required configuration also for that they know about what extcly then
go na set for you

you can attach the bench mark report generated and ask him dat in order to
understand the performance with the same configuration you did the test and got
this report

where it suggest that this laptop can handle only light browsing and ofc works only

you can generate that report again and share it for understanding of the
configuration thing
