Patient : “Good morning nurse.

Nurse: “Good morning miss. Please, sit down. What is your name, miss?”

Patient : “My name is Zara.”

Nurse : “Okay, Miss Zara, my name is Nurse Andrea. I’m nurse on duty today. What can I help
you Miss Zara?”

Patient : “I have a sore throat, nurse. Because, when I was swallow, it very hurt.”

Nurse : “Oh that’s to bad, let’s start to check your throat.”

Patient : “Ok nurse.”

Nurse : “Please,open your mouth and then take out your tounge. (Check a throat) Ohh your
throat is swollen, what did you ate before you have a sore throat, Miss Zara?”

Patient : “Before I have a sore throat, I ate candy and chocolate everyday.”

Nurse : “Oh I think that is the reason, why your throat is swollen.”

Patient : “What should I do nurse?”

Nurse : “The first things you must to do is don’t over eat something sweet like sugar and oily
food. And, this a medicine for treat your throat.”

Patient : “Okay nurse, thank you so much.”

Nurse : “You are welcome Miss Zara. I hope you will get well soon.”

Patient : “Okay nurse.”
