-Low fat dairy product milk, curd, buttermilk, tofu

-egg, chicken, fish

-soya bean, soya milk, soya chunks

-pulses n legumes , whole grains, sprouts

-almond, walnuts, flaxseeds ,raisins, dates, figs

-spinach, cucumber, cauliflower, carrot, leafy veg

-vitaminC

oranges,sweetlime,papaya,lime,kiwi,lemon,alma,guava,banana,tomatoes,

Strawberries, peanut, mushrooms ,alma juice, pomegranate, pear, apple

Smoothies ( 1 glass daily)


-1 fruit

-1/2 cucumber/tomato

-1/2carrot

-1/2beet

-5/6 spinach (palak) (blend in mixer)

-1/2 lemon

-1 tps flaxseed

½ tps black salt

-1 glass water /coconut water

-oiling n messaging

-apply aleo vera juice on scalp 2 times a week

-apply onion juice on scalp ½ hour before washing
