 Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure, or delay in the performance of any obligations
under this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without
limitation, wars, riots, acts of terrorism, rebellions, accidents, floods, natural disasters, fires,
governmental actions, labor disputes, acts of God, or other similar situations. In the event this Agreement
is canceled by either party for reasons of force majeure, all deposits or money paid will be refunded less
the administration fees."
