I am V K Punnoose, retired HC of 5 BN BSF, requesting your kind consideration to the following.

That, my daughter ASHNA SARA PUNNOSE- DOB 24/09/1999, is presently undergoing “NEET “Coaching
and likely to appear NEET Exam (Medical) on 10 may 2018. Registration of that examination will be
started soon. So I required to submitting a dependant certificate along with registration application to
avail the facility of reservation (quota) available for retired/serving BSF personnel. It is also mentioned
here that I have not ever availed such benefit earlier. My Family details are as under.
