The increase in the number of bonded officials in school aimed on promoting efficiency and effectiveness in the utilization and liquidation of the school MOOE and other local funds. 3. Starting March 2019, the MOOE for elementary, secondary and senior high school will be downloaded separately to the School Head and to the OIC-Assistant School Head. 4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is hereby directed.
