IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
Candidates are required to produce this Admit Card with the Photograph pasted alongwith Identity Card there in as proof of their indentity for

appearing in examinations and entry to the exam hall will be prohibited in absence of the admit card.
Fill all entries carefully in the Answer Booklet. Candidates must follow all instructions of the Controller of Examination/Supervisor/ Invigilator. Any
2. candidate who does not follow such instructions, their examination may be invalidated. Non-compliance with the directions may also result in
suspension from all examinations.
Electronic and Communication Devices like Mobile Phone, Textual Material, Smart Watches etc., weapon, smoking, tobacco, gutkha and
3. Bag/Baggage are strictly prohibited in the examination premises. The University will not own the responsibility, if any item is stolen/lost etc.
Eatable items and water bottles are not allowed inside examination premises.
4. Candidates are to be seated in their respective seat at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the examination. The entry to the
Exam Hall will be permitted maximum upto after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination.
Candidates must not communicate with another candidate or anyone else other than supervisory staff during an examination. If there is a need to
5. raise a point of immediate urgency, the candidate is required to raise their hand to draw the Invigilator’s attention. The candidate may explain the
matter in a quiet and non-disruptive manner.
6. Abusive behaviour in exam center will not be tolerated. Any candidate in breach of this will be asked to leave the exam room immediately and will
forfeit all exam fees paid.
7. All examination material such as Answer Sheet, Rough Work Sheet etc. must be returned to the Invigilator on completion of the examination.
8. Eligible Scribes/Writers assisting the Visually Impaired (VI) and Other than Visually Impaired (VI) must bring original valid identity proof.
9. Candidates must not write or change any entry made in the Admit Card after it has been printed.
10. If any candidate is found guilty of breach of any rules mentioned for the examination or guilty of using unfair means, he/she will be liable to be
punished by the competent authority of the University.
