Background

We are interested in business and interior. So, we decide to interior designing

a house with business plan. We plan to sell a single house because we like to focus
on business more than interior, so we choose a single house. However, at present,
most of people prefer a house in a village more than a single house which they have
to engage house company to design and build it. There are many villages in
Thailand, mostly in Bangkok. Because Bangkok is a capital city which full of people.
Therefore, people prefer condominiums or villages. Most of villages have a same
pattern of house but there are some of them that allow clients to design or hire a
house company. It makes some of village has a different house design.

First, we make a client list which is help us to design a house more easy and
suit with a client. Client list clarify a room, a design, and a type of house. We know
from it that how is our house will look like. Then, we decided about how is our house
look like; mood and tone, type of house, and size. We design inside of the house
which separate a room and a special room or area for a client. We draft a furniture
for each rooms. After that, we find a furniture or catalog from the internet which is
suitable with our house and not hard to build to be a model. It has to care about
mood and tone of the house too. Then, we draft a little simple of the outside of the
house. We make a research of the marketing. Finally, we build a model from our
house plan and study of business more.

We decide our house to be a modern house which mood and tone are black,
white, and grey. Our house is two floors. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms,
one restroom, a kitchen, a living room, a working area, two parking lots, and a
garden. This house suits with a client who is hard worker, love outside, and
gardening. It is for family with four to six people. Its cost is about five to nine million
baht, depend on composition. So, it is for a family who are in medium to high class.
