Project title Interior Design for Mr. M. Savalradjans House.

Project description The project will involve interior designing for Mr. M. Savalradjans House located at (fill in the blank for the address). The house will be designed to the very highest standard and will reflect Mr. M. Savalradjans personality and lifestyle. The design will be done after we get to know Mr. M. Savalradjans likings and needs. By doing so, we hope to deliver a design that only belongs to Mr. M. Salvalradjan alone. We certainly are sure that we will be able to create a design that meets Mr. Savalradjans expectations.

Scope We would undertake to do the following: Exterior Designing We will design the house exterior that shows to the world Mr. M. Savalradjans personality, yet keeps the cozy and modern senses that have been the characteristic of our designs. The exterior of the house will be given 3 Dimensional view to let you see the almost-exact room situation and detail view so that worker can work according to it to produce the exact work. By doing so, we hope we are able to produce best designs and builds. Interior Designing The interior of the house will be designed according to the function of the rooms and how often Mr. M. Savalradjan and family will be using the rooms. We will design the rooms as effiecient and cozy as possible, so that meets the requirements of a home.

All rooms will be given 3 Dimensional view to let you see the almost-exact room situation and detail view so that worker can work according to it to produce the exact work. By doing so, we hope we are able to produce best designs and builds. Optional We understand that a home is a place where we all turn to when we need a rest, when we are tired, and a place we wish to stay in. Therefore, we also understand that some owners might be a bit perfectionist and particular about their homes. To give our owners total satisfaction, we give each of our owners one chance of design revision. Please note that, the revision must be the same with the design concept that has been agreed by both.

Budget Our team consist of professional team therefore we usually charges the market price in Indonesia. However as Mr. Savalradjan is a friend of our Project Director, therefore we will charge you as below : 1. Interior visual view : we charge interior visual view at the price of Rp. 350.000,00 (three hundreds and fifty thousand rupiahs) per view. 2. Exterior visual view : we charge exterior visual view at the price of Rp 750.000,00 (seven hundreds and fifty thousand rupiahs)per view. Based on the price given, we estimated the interior design as below. The payment should be done as below. I. First Payment (Down Payment) will be done when we sign the contract with you. The down payment would be 50% of the total design fee, which would be Rp. 5.125.000,00. II. After the job is done, the rest of the payment should be done.

III. The payment could be done by cash or by transfering to our bank account.

Timescale We would anticipate the project taking 30 days to complete. The exact speed of design & development will be affected by client turnaround times, for example responding to designs etc.

The dull stuff This proposal is valid for 2 months from the date at the top. A 50% deposit is due prior to project commencement. on completion. The balance is payable
