This contract to confirm our agreement regarding the professional services we will provide
for your coffee shop at Telal district, Shams St. 5000, Khobar, Saudi Arabia. It is agreed that
the commercial project will be designed from scratch in an empty space to be fully designed
and furnished. It is a 1,500 square foot with 500,000 SAR budget. The space will have small
seating area including chairs, tables, and sofas; open coffee making area, bakery corner,
students/work area; and grab-and-go section.
1. Scope of work
1. Site visit: measure the existing space and taking photos for the interior.
5. Selection of furniture and fixture and selections for walls, floors, and window
treatments.
B. Lifestyle
The coffee shop will be middle- Century design so the coffee shop will be designed as
unique, rare, and simple coffee shop. Using the unique furniture and at the same time
simple. The emphasis to the counter, it has a unique and uncommon shape. The office
will be smaller and away from the customer, so the manager can stay and meet her friends
and family inside a quiet space. The customers will get the enjoyable experience when
drink coffee and eat snakes.
2. Compensation
The fee for the concept, site visits, selection of furniture and supervision services explained
will be 375,000 SAR. You will be notified each 10 days to pay the bill, and a late payment
will be charged 1.3% extra each month.
For the additional services that are outside the scope of work explained in this agreement will
be billed individually at 250 per square foot.
The above fee does not include these things, telephone calls, out-of-town travel to shop for
resources, and special renderings. These charges will be billed individually at the actual cost
along with 8%.
