Dear Mrs. Aseel and Mr. Hisham:

This contract to confirm our agreement regarding the professional services we will provide
for your coffee shop at Telal district, Shams St. 5000, Khobar, Saudi Arabia. It is agreed that
the commercial project will be designed from scratch in an empty space to be fully designed
and furnished. It is a 1,500 square foot with 500,000 SAR budget. The space will have small
seating area including chairs, tables, and sofas; open coffee making area, bakery corner,
students/work area; and grab-and-go section.

We will deliver the following services:

1. Scope of work

A. Design Concept Services

1. Site visit: measure the existing space and taking photos for the interior.

2. Prepare professional sketches fail.

3. Discuss your specific needs and preferences.

4. Prepare moldboard and color schemes.

5. Selection of furniture and fixture and selections for walls, floors, and window
treatments.

6. Prepare three choices of floor plan.

7. Prepare three 3D shots for each zone.

8. Prepare a preliminary budget for the project.

9. Review all the above with you.


10. Buying furniture and fixture and all the finishes.

11. Supervise the process of finishing.

B. Lifestyle

The coffee shop will be middle- Century design so the coffee shop will be designed as
unique, rare, and simple coffee shop. Using the unique furniture and at the same time
simple. The emphasis to the counter, it has a unique and uncommon shape. The office
will be smaller and away from the customer, so the manager can stay and meet her friends
and family inside a quiet space. The customers will get the enjoyable experience when
drink coffee and eat snakes.

2. Compensation

The fee for the concept, site visits, selection of furniture and supervision services explained
will be 375,000 SAR. You will be notified each 10 days to pay the bill, and a late payment
will be charged 1.3% extra each month.

For the additional services that are outside the scope of work explained in this agreement will
be billed individually at 250 per square foot.

Billing for services will be in this approach:

A. 18% for signing the contract (retainer).


B. 42% at the end of the preparatory review meeting.
C. 25% when the furniture, treatments, finishes, fixtures, and constructure orders are
placed.
D. 15% for the completion of the project.

The above fee does not include these things, telephone calls, out-of-town travel to shop for
resources, and special renderings. These charges will be billed individually at the actual cost
along with 8%.

3. Terms and conditions


A. . The drawings and determinations are planning for plan concept as it were and cannot
be utilized for construction or structural purposes.
B. The designer might not be held accountable for the quality, workmanship, or
appearance of items ought to you purchase items other than those specified.
C. The designer is not aware if you, modeler, or contractor(s) make changes to the
project without notification to the designer. The creator does not acknowledge any
duty for the plan of auxiliary, electrical, plumbing, heating, or other mechanical
frameworks that exist or may be required for the project.
D. Allow the designer or agents of the creator saves the correct to photo the project upon
completion in arrange to supply a record of the extend. The plan firm should have the
proper to utilize these photos for business purposes.
E. This contract does not incorporate arrangement for expenses by third-party specialists
required to total the project. Contracts for these administrations will be arranged
independently and their contract arrangements must be completed within twenty (20)
days after the date of execution of this contract.
F. You might make arrangement for the plan firm and/or its specialists to have get to the
venture location as required for the completion of the venture in a opportune design.
G. This proposal may be ended by either party upon seven (7) days composed notice.
Within the occasion of ending by you, you should pay the designer for all services
performed and reimbursable costs due up to the date of termination.
H. Drawings, details, and sample boards, as instruments of service, are the property of
the designer. The designer saves the exclusive copyright to these things and gives
them to you for your use on this project only. Any propagation or reuse of the
drawings, specifications, and sample boards without the earlier written consent of the
designer is not permitted.
I. The convenient completion of this project and the expenses cited are based on this
signed return of this proposal to the designer within ten (10) calendar days.
J. You are expected to allow reasonable access to the premises for the designer and the
designer’s agents, as well as to contractors required to perform the agreed-upon work.
Arbitration Affiliation. The choices of the arbitrator should be final and binding on
both parties.
K. This contract represents the total understanding between the designer and the client.
Changes and modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
We would like to start your coffee shop as soon as we get a copy of this proposal signed by
both of you and a check for the retainer. We appreciate your selection of Roya Design for
