Dear Mr Paredes,

We are pleased to submit to you this proposal for the design development of the abovementioned project.

5 working days to initial draft. 3 days to revise.

COST OF PROJECT :

1. Primary Logo : Pesos Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Only (P18,500)

OPTIONS :

2. Primary Corporate Forms : Pesos Five Thousand Only (P5,000)

3. Standards Manual (20+ pages) : Pesos Fifteen Thousand Only (P15,000)
4. Social Media Templates : Pesos Twelve Thousand Only (P12,000)

TERMS OF PAYMENT

50% downpayment upon signing.

25% partial payment upon submission of design.
25% full payment upon submission of final artwork..
T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S

A. Our start-up schedule shall be confirmed upon receipt of your conforme, downpayment and submission of all materials needed for the project.

B. Cost includes 3 (three) revisions after the first presentation (design only). Any additional revision shall be subject to additional cost.
NOTE: All revision / correction notes must be clear, readable, legible, preferably typewritten.

C. Should the client discontinue, shelve, cancel or mutually terminate the project after any design or production work have been done,
all cost incurred or 50% (whichever is higher) of total project cost will be charged to the client.

D. Should the client change concept or direction after creative work have been done, additional 30% will be charged.

E. Concept /design/color preparation/printed materials remains the property of the design unless fully paid for by the client.
Designs, text, illustrations, graphic symbols may not be used in whole or in part without the designer's permission or a signed contract.

F. All disapproved and rejected studies, designs, concepts must be returned to the agency and will not form part of the approved presentation.

G. Out of pocket expenses such as actual printing, scanning, disks and other production costs not stipulated herein, shall be charged to the client.

H. Full payment will be billed within 120 days from signing of this proposal and/or upon completion of this project whichever comes earlier.

I. This proposal is valid for fifteen (15) days after receipt.
