JOB DESCRIPTION
Educational Qualification & Experience:
• Should be B. Tech/BE. in Mechanical Engg.
• Should have experience of 7+ years
Job Role & Responsibility:

Must be from HVAC design engineering background and preferable to have site experience as well.

Should be able to do the following:

• Ability to lead independently on small & major Building Service engineering design Projects.
• Ability to interact independently with other departments and OEMs/vendors and to understand and
verbalize contract issues to effectively interact with the client/consultant.
• Finalization of design schemes HVAC system.
• Shop drawing and design /selection of HVAC Scheme/ Equipment /Layouts selection like Chillers
• Chilled water Pumps, Air Handling units, FCU’s, TVS and other Fans TVS dampers, Sound attenuators,
Booster Pumps, etc.
• Preparation of method statements for HVAC and TVS systems.
• Shall able to work with draftsman and guide in preparations of Chilled water/condenser Water Pipe Layout
/Duct Layout.
• Generation of RFQ’s as per project material requirement.
• Should able to understand the Contract clauses, tender drawing and project scope limit.
• Interaction with vendor for proper document submission and TDS preparation.
• Technical evaluation of vendor offer and clearance to SCM team.
• Discussion with Client / consultant for Drawing and TDS approval. / Co-ordination with Draughtsman for
preparation of Drawing.
• Quantity Take off as per Approved Drawing / GFC drawing issue to Site and coordination with Site Team.
• Metro/Airport like Infrastructure design experience is advantageous.

Statutory Compliance

• He Should have knowledge / Understanding of Safety system/HSE Systems, Safety Protocol. Should
understand the Safety consideration in HVAC.
