Job description
1. Engineering Department related design activities covering Building, Superstructure &
Sub-structure Foundation Design & detailed engineering,
2. Preparation of work specification,
3. Updating design procedures,
4. Project co-ordination, planning, interaction with client for collection of input data
5. Preparation and Issuance of Design Reports.
6. Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) / Variance Analysis Report
7. Preparation of monthly "Design and Drawing" Activity Sheet Report
8. Supervise and monitor activities of CAD Department, timely and error free generation and
despatch of drawings.
9. Preparation of proposals, case study and preliminary design for cost estimation.
10. Assisting the team with producing feasibility estimates, cost estimates and cost plans.
11. Developing soil investigation procedures and design parameters for MSE Walls and Precast
Structures.
12. Identification of training needs, Supervising, supporting, mentoring, and Contributing to

14. Experience of analysing complex steel structures.
15. Knowledge and working experience in facade system such as aluminum curtain wall systems,
cladding systems, skylight, glass domes etc.

17. Experience in preparation of detailed calculation reports and drawings for consultants
