 Assist in the development of cost estimates

 Review plans and other technical documents
 Monitor costs and project progress
 Answer questions regarding the scope and /or timing of the project
 Maintain control of all project documentation
 Create, Manage and track RFI`s form the field to the architect /engineer
of record

resolve field discrepancies in design packages and material delays;
 Ensure equipment and manpower resources are being used efficiently;
 Deliver status reports as requested to the Project Leads;
 Create and submit weekly project narratives to the Construction Manager;
 Complete the construction portion of the project on schedule, within
budget, meeting safety requirements and with appropriate quality;
 Develop plan for construction contractor’s interface with on-going
operations;
 Develop the Construction Plan and provide to the Project Lead to
incorporate into the Project Execution Plan.
