OBJECTIVE:
Having Experience of more than 10 Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Construction Health, and
Safety Assistant, with assisting different projects like, Building Construction, infrastructure,
landscaping, Oil and Gas Projects with 4.5 years in United Arab Emirates. I have a good problem
solving ability, able to work without supervision as an individual or as part of a team.

JOB PROFILE OVER VIEW:

Quantity Surveyor/Draftsman/ Site Engineer:

NLC (National Logistics Cell), DHA Bahawalpur (2018 till date)

NLC is a Multi National Construction and Logistic Supply Company having business in more than 7
Countries in the world and around 200 cities within the Pakistan.

 Attending design discussions with the Engineers, Architects, and other team
members.
 Gathering the structural and material requirements.
 Performing calculations on the estimated dimensions of the structure.
 Preparing rough sketches of the product design.
 Reviewing the sketches and blueprints during the meetings.
 Creating a design using appropriate AutoCAD software.
 Compiling data and specification sheets.
 Demonstrating the workflows with the help of a flowchart.
 Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
 Prepare, contracts, budgets, Bills of quantities, Bar Bending Schedule and
other documentation.
 Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget
projections accordingly.
 Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work
on the construction of the project.
 Measure and value the work done on site.
 Prepared subcontractor’s bills.
 Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site
managers, project managers and site engineers.
 Select and/or source construction materials.

 Negotiate the different Health and Safety matters on site
 Perform Toolbox Talk with site operatives on daily basis.
 Write daily report, measure work done & supervise site test.

delivered to site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedure, & ensure all
concrete tests are carried out as per contract requirements.
 Review all shop drawing, method statements and As-Built drawings as
submitted to Client and make sure that all site conditions are properly
addressed.
 Take off quantities from drawings.
 Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
 Monitor the project expenses against budget.
 Maintain current as-built drawings as the work progress.
 Negotiate different matters with Client or consultants.
