Role:

EPC Project Management

Design Engineering
o Performing Vendor drawing review in detail pertaining to design installation, connections and compliance with enquiry
specifications; facilitating interdisciplinary discussion to complete the review of drawings & documents for packages like
Gas turbine, steam turbine , centrifugal compressors, Reciprocating compressors ,Hydrocarbon pumps, EOT cranes,
Water treatment plant, Cooling tower, Cooling water pumps ,piping and valves.
o Developing & reviewing Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS) i.e. enquiry specifications; conducting technical discussion with
various disciplines for the finalisation of the enquiry specification
o Review of drawings of other disciplines like piping stress analysis, support engineering, piping nozzle load
o Review of selection of variable spring hanger & constant spring hanger for piping connected to equipment
o Review of control narrative and function logic diagram, cause and effect for package equipment’s
o Review of piping and plant layout general arrangement drawings
o Design reviews 30%, 60% & 90% Model Review, HAZOP, SIL Studies
o Attending Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test with customer primary decision-maker for identifying
modification, claims and closing of various punch points during FAT and SAT.
