Executive Summary
This proposal is an overview of Paradise Paths to Baths

of a different type of bathroom(restroom) that is to be

design in a software called Revit. Revit is software that

gives us the overview of bathroom in 360 ̊. Revit makes

easier for client to optimize the modern techniques and

services as per requirement. Our company asks clients their

requirement and on that basis architect and civil engineer

design the restroom. Paradise paths to baths design the

creative and best technical solution to achieve fresh and

likeable environment.

This proposal gives an identification to company about the

quality work done by the team members using various smart

software. Revit helps us to view each aspect in all the

dimensions like architecture, structure and most important

MEP of Building i.e., mechanical, electrical and plumbing.

Ventilation must be there in a restroom for fresh air but,

nowadays due to advanced technology and modern
equipment’s our company is designing the restroom without it.
Not using any humidifier but using various porous materials.
Problems and Solutions
Dampness is the one of the most common effect caused by

moisture in walls and due to this effect painting of the wall

starts corroded. Solution of this effect is Waterproofing and

Termite proofing which is done before painting and applying

wall tiles and also, we are applying all the chemicals with

modern equipment’s. So here are some common causes

that mostly occurs in restrooms

1) Poor ventilation
Solution: The ventilation system should effectively
reduce humidity and moisture and also duct should be
clean annually, damaged fans should be replaced.

2) Mold
Solution: Mold should be assessed and removed by a
professional to minimize risks. Leaving ventilation and
mold alone for too long can mean paying thousands of
dollars in mold removal costs.

Terms and Conditions
1)After Designing, Client has to pay fees of

1st part (designing part in software) and if he/she agrees to

construct, he has to pay the fee of 2nd part (construction).

2) Before Construction starts, client has to

make sure of design after that there will be no

changes will be done in designing part after

construction, only materials can be change if

not use.

3) Client has to make sure of rest payments as per

completion of part 1st & 2nd as duration of time in

completion of plumbing, electrical and mechanical

work is less.

4) Geyser and bathtub are two things for which

Customers has to inform the company before the

Constructions starts.

5) The Budget aforementioned is non-negotiable, as all the

pricing is done keeping in mind the services provided by

our team and the actual prices of the external services

mentioned.
Agreement
If you agree on above terms and conditions of the service and there are no changes

but you may do negotiation in the pricing as per requirements, please sign the
