 Scope of Work – Android & Web Portal

As per our discussion and understanding of project we have divided task in module basis. Below are
modules on that basis we have prepared a document. In the above mentioned project Customer will
be provided online app for ordering fruits or vegetables online and do payment for same using
online or offline method. In proposed system There will be 3 modules (Parts) that will totally
responsible for Overall Life cycle of this project. Details will be discussed as below.

1. Android Application Customers:

It consists of all the application side functionalities as per requirement and necessity. All the
android application work should be done in pure java with standard php connectivity.
2. Admin Android Panel:
As per discussion portal should be develop with the discussion.
3. Android Application For Farmer:
Basic feature with easy navigation

As per discussion all the modules are maintained. If any module or any function will need to be added
let us know.

 Terms and Condition

1. Completion Date: Web Crazy Studio, and client must work together to complete the project in a
timely manner. Web Crazy Studio agrees to work expeditiously to complete the project no later
than 25 to 30 days for Android application & Portal development. (Depending on date of acceptance)

2. Payment of Fees: Fees to Client to be paid 50% on commencement of the project and remaining
50% completion of project with regards to module development with the delivery of the system.

3. Project Revision during Execution: Client may be charged additional fees if it decides to make
changes to the agreed upon project scope and objectives. Changes need to provide within 3 days or
else the cost of project may be increased.

4. Sole Agreement. The agreement contained in this Contract constitutes the sole agreement between
Web Crazy Studio and Client regarding this project. Any additional work not specified in this
contract must be authorized by a written change order. Continued services after that time will
require a new agreement.
