Executive Summary
AppDev Company is proposing to develop an interactive educational app to Edu Play for use in
schools and in-home learning experiences. The goal of this project is to unfold an engaging
application that features valuable activities that the user of ages 6 to 14 can read and interact
with through fun and exciting games. This app will provide an immersive experience that is
developed to be responsive on tablets and mobile devices.

Scope of Work

Project Overview

Edu Wizard Game Play is an interactive educational app that is designed for mobile devices.
The app will offer a variety of features, including interactive online and offline games suitable for
a variety of subjects for 6 - 14 years old, downloadable worksheets, and answer keys.

App Development Procedure

● Research

The company will research and plan concepts and designs that meet the client's
requirements and specifications to attract users effectively.

● Design Concept

In ensuring that the structure of the app is planned out, the company will create basic
functionality, code structure, and wireframes that are set to the standards of the client.
 ● User Interface Design

The developers and creative team will develop a visually-appealing and user-friendly
interface for the app that is consistent with the client’s brand identity guidelines, and
create an app that will be easy to navigate for the users.

● App Development

The developers will develop front-end and back-end code in iOS and Android platforms
for mobile devices, using up-to-date programming languages and modern design tools.

● Quality Assurance

The overall functionality of the app in iOs and Android platforms will be tested out. The
testing team will conduct a series of tests, including manual, automated, load,
user-acceptance, security, and compatibility tests.

● Launch

The app will be prepared for launch and use by its target market. It will be deployed to
official app stores of iOS and Android devices, meeting the store guidelines.

Target Market

Edu Wizard Game Play will be available for parents, educators, and children ages 6 - 14,
residing in the United States in diverse cultures, races, and nationalities. It will be downloadable
for both iOS and Android device users.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work
The deliverables under this project will be delivered by AppDev Company to the Client.
Any changes to the Scope of Work must be agreed and approved upon in writing by both
parties.

2. Timeline
Upon the acceptance of this Proposal, the services specified will commence. The
release of the work product must meet the target deadline stated in the timeline of this
project. Any changes to the timeline will be subject to renegotiation between the parties
involved.

3. Payment Terms
A 50% down payment is due upfront. The remaining balance is payable upon the
completion of the project. Any late payments will incur a penalty of 5%. If payment is not
received within 30 days after the completion, the Company reserves the right to retain
ownership of the work product and terminate the project.
 4. Intellectual Property Rights
The company retains no ownership of the work products. The Company hereby
acknowledges that the designs, code, and all intellectual property rights related to the
app are the property of the client.

Client Acceptance
This proposal and the approval of its content by all parties involved is hereby effective as of
January 10, 2050.
