1. Company Introduction
Brand Bazooka is a 12 years old agency working for various brands like Amway India, Accor
India, Linc Pens, Vista Africa to name a few. We have been doubling and tripling brands'
revenue and profits by applying a holistic advertising approach. We help brands with
various appropriate strategies be it digital or non-digital, be it video-driven or SEO. The
idea always is that their prospects can convert into buyers and hence they get higher
market share and so higher revenue and hence bigger profits. We are experts at
developing and implementing applications for mission-critical and enterprise-wide
projects.

This document is meant for the top management of the Okhla Industrial State- Real Estate
Company. The copyright of this document rests with Brand Bazooka and no part of the
same should be copied without consulting with Brand Bazooka. This is the proposal
document for Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd offering in the website design and
development and custom web application development space. The document details our
understanding of the brief, the objectives of the services suite, the methodology,
deliverables, and commercials.

4. Design Specifications & Features

❖ Design Specifications

Design tools and technologies: The design and layout of the application will be SEO-
friendly constructed using WordPress and keeping in mind the latest web 2.0 trends. The
application upon completion will be integrated with Google analytics for keeping an eye on
the statistics of the site. We will design 15 pages including the homepage.

We make sure the website undergoes rigorous testing so that it becomes 100% free of

➢ Ensure a cosmetic bug test before delivery.
➢ Test the embedded links exhaustively to make sure no errors are there.
➢ Validate all web applications.
➢ All code will be compliant with W3C.

❖ Our Commitment

➢ Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd’s deliverables catering to website design and
development and custom web applications development space are as follows:
➢ Fully functional site with the aforementioned deliverables.
➢ The ETA of the project would be 25 to 45 working days with a 15% margin of
movement. Further changes in the deliverables may extend or reduce the ETA.
➢ Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd works on a strict schedule and promises to
deliver as per the agreed time frame.

❖ Warranty Period and Maintenance

Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd shall give a warranty for all its codes, provided a third
party does not alter the same. Any changes or bugs shall be addressed free of cost until it
does not involve adding new modules which will be billable. Warranty shall be valid only
after clearance of full and final payment and receipt of feedback on the project for 2
months.

❖ Terms and Conditions

➢ During the project briefing, it is the client's responsibility to provide us with clear
guidelines along with the flow or specific details you may require. When such
details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of your
requirements and quote accordingly.
➢ At a later stage, if a discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to
accommodate the changes. Thus, you must clarify every aspect of your website
development and ensure that you have been quoted on the right requirements.
➢ Once a proposal has been finalized, any additions, changes, or enhancements in
the functionality or design of the project will affect the proposal and may incur
additional costs and revised delivery date. All additional work, over and above the
estimates is charged separately. Under no circumstances will Brand Bazooka be
liable for any delays caused by a change in the project brief.
➢ Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd is not liable to write or publish the content on
the project.
➢ Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for the delay of the project if
the necessary information required by the Client like API’s information, third party
plug-ins, etc. is not timely provided by the Client.
➢ Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd will provide 2 design concepts for the Home
page and there will be 1-2 revisions that can be done as per the Client’s remarks if
more revisions are required then these will be billable.
➢ Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for the delay caused by the
malfunctioning of any third-party software integrated with the project.

8. Requirements from Clients:

Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd would require the following from the client. This
information would be solely used for the project purpose:

➢ Detailed document in case any more features need to be added to the website.
➢ Point of contact to discuss the updates on a daily or a weekly basis as preferred by
the client.
➢ The client has to provide content for the website.
 ➢ Details like address, telephone numbers, website, photos, etc. of all the categories
mentioned in the methodology with high resolution.
➢ Logo and Image with high resolution. (If it is not possible, the company will charge
extra for it, and the images will be provided from Shutterstock charging 500 per
image.)
➢ The domain name will be provided by the client.

9. Milestones and Request for Changes

The project is planned in milestones as mentioned below:

➢ Intake of Client Brief and all content required.

➢ Project Planning & Research.
➢ Project Development
○ Initial Development
○ Review from the client and initial review. The site would be already on our
internal development server
○ Final Development
○ WordPress CRM
➢ User Acceptance Testing
➢ Production Deployment
➢ Project Handover
➢ All copyrights to the website will be held by the Client.

The work to be done is planned for each milestone and the milestone is marked complete
after a sign-off is provided from you (client). We recommend that wherever your approval
is required, we expect you to revert within 2-3 working days to keep the project timeline in
our margin of error. The time we wait during your approval will not be counted in the
project timeline though.

In case a change request is raised after work for that milestone has started or after the
milestone is closed and signed-off; an additional time and cost budget will be decided for
the additional scope of work during that time only.

10. Cost of Development

The cost of the development of the website is estimated to be INR plus taxes as
applicable.
Server Set up/Hosting set up services: We will charge extra for server cost, it depends on
the type of server being used. The minimum hosting setup charges plus hosting cost will
be 5000 + (179/mo)*. (It depends on you, which package you will select from the hosting
platform.)

➢ The payment terms are as mentioned below:

○ 20% as advance to start the project.
○ 40% after front-end development is complete
○ 40% after integration with back-end development is complete and before
the deployment.
➢ The time we wait for payment will not be counted in the project timeline, though
the next phase can't be started.
➢ We will provide maintenance support for 60 days after handover during which we
will make sure the code base dependencies are up to date and the site runs
smoothly. We will also monitor the website for latent bugs and fix them along the
way.
➢ For the Additional webpage, we will charge 3999 per page.
➢ SSL: Provide Simple SSL. For advanced SSL, we will charge extra.

11. Progress Reporting and Communication

We will be available for a conference with you and you can reach us to discuss the project
through any means. Apart from this, we will be giving a formal weekly report on the
progress of the project and the status via e-mail.

12. Clauses of Cancellation

We understand that project cancellation is not something any of us may want but it is
important to discuss it along the way to reduce any friction in case such a thing happens.
➢ Cancellation of the project (from either party) must be done in writing
➢ If a request for project cancellation is raised within 7 working days of project
commencement, 50% of advanced paid, will be forfeited.
➢ If a request for project cancellation is raised any time after the initial period of 7
working days, 100% of the payment made till that time will be forfeited.
➢ We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for abandoned or lay dormant
projects for more than 30 days.
