1. Project Synopsis:
The primary goal of the project is to redesign and redevelop an informative Website a for the end
users. The system will have a Backend Admin Panel including CMS Panel as well which will be
accessible and controlled by the Admin of the system without any dependencies.

The system will be highly scalable, robust and will be developed to deliver high performance. Our
prime approach will be to build a system which will have an intuitive and highly user friendly
interface.

2. Scope of Work:

Our scope of work covers an end-to-end development, implementation and maintenance & support
of the Website. This includes design and development of new features and enhancements, issue
detection and fixing, and working on necessary changes in the UI of the Website.

Design Approach:

• We will send a questionnaire form to the project owner to know about the choice,
preference and reference in terms of font, color etc.
• We will create unique design mock-ups for website layout page on Adobe XD based on the
choice and preferences of the project owner.
• Project owner can review the mock-ups and can share feedback with us.
• Our UI team will update the pages as the feedbacks form the project owner.
• We provide unlimited revisions for page design.

Content Management:

This would be a CMS driven Website and Admin will be able to modify and update the contents form
the backend itself without any coding or third party help. However, SFT will give all the support and
update contents on behalf of the Client.

Web Hosting:

We will deploy the entire system on the specified server environment and will make sure of
successful run and seamless performance of the site along with security measures.

 Browser Support:

The Website will be compatible with all the latest and renowned browsers available globally.
However for any specific browser we will make the website compatible.

3. Development and Deployment Methodology:

1) UI / UX Design: We will design the Website Layout. We use Adobe XD design collaboration
tool for the designing and we share the URL with client so that they can review the design
output. Client also can give their inputs and suggestions and based on that our designers will
update the design. We provide unlimited revisions for the design.

2) Front End Interface: After the design confirmation, we convert the XD design into Front End
Interface and make them responsive for all devices and browsers. We will materialize the XD
design into Programmable interface.

3) Development Stage: After the Front End Interface phase, we will move forward with the
development in terms of Database Design and Coding. We will work simultaneously on
Admin Panel and User Interface sections.

4) QA & Testing: We involve our QA & Testing team in each phase of the project. We perform
testing for Content, Navigation, Data Flow, Functional and UA testing. We maintain tracking
tool for testing and create reports. During this phase we fix bugs and test issues.

5) Deployment: We will deploy the website on a Staging Server during the development phase
and share the details with Client so that Client can monitor the progress live. After quality
check and approval we deploy the website on the Production Environment. We ensure
smooth running of the website and provide necessary support as and when required.
